Prevention Services of Long Island from the EOC of Suffolk, Inc. is a program geared to promoting health and wellness through testing and linkage to care.

  • Access to confidential testing
  • Certified Peer Navigator support
  • Linkage and Navigation to treatment as well as behavioral and psycho-social needs
  • Assistance with medication adherence and disease management
  • Partner Services
  • Earn up to $500 in financial incentives for those who qualify and meet program requirements
  • Serving those residing in both Nassau & Suffolk Counties

This project supports a high impact approach to prevention and support services to achieve Ending the Epidemic initiative goals. This program provides a comprehensive range of HIV/STD/HCV prevention interventions for persons living with HIV.

PSLI can assist with:

  • Education and awareness about Treatment as Prevention
  • Increase access to comprehensive sexual health information;
  • Link persons with HIV to medical care and essential supportive services;
  • Support persons living with HIV in continued engagement in HIV treatment to improve their overall health and prevent the transmission of HIV to their sexual partners; and
  • Increase social support, reduce social isolation, and increase self-esteem
