The EOC Corporate Compliance Program is an internal agency program designed to promote compliance within EOC. The program helps EOC evaluate the effectiveness of its services, assess staff compliance, identify training needs, and prevent and detect fraud, waste, abuse, and other improper conduct related to EOC programs and operations.

• Improper disclosure, access, or use of confidential information concerning individuals served by EOC or EOC employees
• Known or suspected fraud, waste, or abuse involving EOC programs, services, or operations
