Conducting All Business Affairs in an Ethical Manner

EOC strives to conduct all business affairs in an ethical manner for the benefit of its consumers and employees.  The EOC Corporate Compliance Program measures the effectiveness of services, assesses the level of staff compliance and identifies training needs in order to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.

Examples of What to Report

  • Any failure to comply with all relevant Federal, State, and Local Regulations and Guidelines
  • Harassment or retaliation of any kind
  • Falsification of records
  • Negligent or deliberate destruction or misuse of property
  • Theft or misappropriation of property of individuals served, employees, or the Agency
  • Violation of confidential information on the individuals we serve of employees
