Although we represent a wide demographic of people, we all have a common goal to help provide the tools for our clients to become self sufficient.

The most rewarding part is when I do an activity with the class and they get an understanding and they get excited about it, and they talk about it and just when their face lights up it gets me excited on teaching them.

I really enjoy my job and the people I work with. It’s both rewarding and exciting to me at the same time.

It’s a great agency. We aren’t just treated like “coworkers” how most jobs are. We are treated as a “team” which matters most to me. We are very valued at EOC. Food and drinks are provided which is very nice. Many companies wouldn’t offer all that EOC does. EOC is a great place to work and I love my job here.
