EOC of Suffolk's RRH Program connects participant and their families, who are experiencing homelessness, transition and return back to permanent housing as quickly as possible within their community.

The RRH Program is designed for participant's households to address and troubleshoot barriers in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing while reducing the amount of time they experience homelessness. Households will be assessed for initial assistance which may include Supportive Services, Housing Supports, Case Management and Employment Assistance with focus of housing retention.  Financial assistance will be provided for eligible households on a case by case basis.
